Dinner was a recipe that I hold dear to my heart. Frankly this isn’t for any big reason, it was just the first recipe I ever memorized and nailed down. It is supposed to be riced cauliflower, julienned carrots, halved snow peas, sesame seeds, and ground pork. You would roast your sesame seeds first in a pan with oil, then set aside. Next is the carrots and peas with oil, cook until tender-crisp and set aside. After is the cauliflower, same process until tender crisp and set aside. Finally, add sesame oil to the pan and then the pork. In our case, we will be using fake ground meat. After adding the meat, you add chopped garlic, sesame seeds, salt and pepper, and soy sauce. I cook all of this to taste and scent. Below are some prep pics.

My prep!
I did not end up making riced cauliflower as I did not have any, but the dish turned out well anyways. It is a consistent favourite of mine and super easy to make. On those days where I have no energy, I can easily make this in like a half hour.

It looks super messy here, but it really tastes good! If you had the riced cauliflower, it would also look nicer ahah. Enjoyed by all!
